Please note that all product measurements and sizes listed on our website are approximate. We do our best to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at artemisstoneaus@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please include your order number or proof of purchase, along with clear photos of the faulty or damaged item, so we can assess the issue and assist you promptly.

Please keep the item and its original packaging until your request has been assessed, as we may ask you to return the item depending on the circumstances.
