Returns and Exchanges
Please be aware that the stones are natural minerals and there are no perfect ones. They may have natural inclusions, marks, lines, and cracks. They may look vary from the image due to the natural inclusion, lighting, or angle. 

Please note that all measurements and sizes of the products listed on the website are approximate. We do try our best to make sure they are accurate as we can.

We only offer refund or returns if any product is faulty or damaged, NOT for the change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with packing slip, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the photo of damaged item, receipt, or proof of purchase.

* Please note that the cost of the postage won't be refunded.
